Well connected via public transportation and located approximately a 15-minute walk from the event venue.

Important note

If FC Bayern Munich plays a home match in Champions League on April 15, hotel availability and prices in Munich may become tight quickly. We strongly recommend planning and booking early.

Where does the summit take place?

At the LILO in Munich. Easily accessible by train, taxi or car.

What are the event hours?

We start at 10AM on the 15th with the official program and end the day with the newly awarded best partner awards and an iconic party at the Highline.

The second day will start at 9AM and ends roughly at 3PM.

Is there free WiFi available?

Yes, we will provide a free WiFi for all participants.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes! This is an all inclusive event for our partner and we take care of everything!

Are hotels included or recommended?

Hotel is not included. Please book your room directly with the hotel.

How do I get to the venue?

LILO Lilienthal-Lofts is easily accessible by public transport and car.

  • By public transport: Take the U6 subway line to Freimann. From there, it’s about a 5–7 minute walk to the venue.

  • By car: The venue is located in the north of Munich and is easily reachable via major roads.
    Paid parking is available in the surrounding area and at nearby facilities.

  • From Munich Airport: Approximately 20–25 minutes by taxi or around 35–40 minutes by public transport.

  • From Munich Central Station: Around 25 minutes by public transport.

No, this is an in-person experience only – designed for meaningful connections and face-to-face exchange.
