Director Marketing (f/m/x)

For the go-to-market of our digital commerce platform, we are looking for a Director Marketing with a comprehensive understanding of marketing and sales, hands-on experience in implementing strategic marketing initiatives for B2B SaaS ventures, and the will and commitment to take responsibility for new customers acquisition and demand generation across multiple channels.

  • Drive positioning, segmentation & messaging
  • Lead go-to-market activities
  • Own and manage the marketing budget as well as CAC
  • Build and manage a growing marketing team
  • Optimize and improve Emporix’s online presence
  • Create and manage a content marketing calendar
  • Manage the content creation and delivery of high quality blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, customer testimonials, case studies, nurture email campaigns, video scripts, website copy and more
  • Work collaboratively with cross-fuctional team to execute the content plan
  • Manage our marketing & sales automation infrastructure
  • Create prospect onboarding and nurture programs
  • Manage PR agencies and build relationship to press media
  • Manage our inbound lead generation process with SEO, social media, landing pages, AdWords, industry directories, etc.
  • Continuously explore new lead generation channels and optimize conversion rates
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners
  • Initiate, organize and execute web seminars and other joint communication
  • Organise participation in trade shows, online conferences, associations, etc.


  • 5-7 years of proven marketing strategy and marketing leadership experience
  • Experienced in marketing B2B SaaS
  • Experience in high growth environments
  • Degree in marketing or business administration and relevant experience
  • You know Hubspot inside-out
  • Fluent in business English, German is a plus


  • You can think yourself into complex topics around software solutions and communicate them in a simple and tangible way
