We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to support our enterprise sales processes for our Cloud-native-commerce software. You will support our senior sales management team for sophisticated enterprise e-commerce solutions and be the technical counterpart for our business partners like system integrators, web agencies and strategic software alliances.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support senior sales management during the entire sales cycle
- Write technical concepts and prepare technical presentations
- Identify gaps between our standard software and client requirements
- Discuss solutions with our sales and product management
- Support our business partners in their technical on boarding process of their customers
- Be the single point of contact for our business partners for any technical queries
- Manage all technical aspects of RPF/RFI responses
- Communicate client needs to our product management for future product enhancements
SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experiences as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant in the software industry
- Experience with the management of RPFs/RFIs
- Experience with complex enterprise software solutions, ideally in e-commerce
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to explain complex concepts creatively and present them in an easy understandable way
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience in the field of e-commerce software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally also in German
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
